Kenapa gak pake NetBeans aja, kenapa harus Eclipse IDE ??

Apa sih perbedaan keduanya.??

Saya di dirumah mengguanakn NetBeans tapi belum pernah pake Eclipse IDE, mohon kasih gambaran tentang sistem kerja Eclipse IDE dalam java ?? :)
